A lady on the way to greatness. Born in the early nineties Chikondi is passionate about Child rights protection, Women's Rights, and Empowerment as well as youth development through serving, mentoring and uplifting.

Being born to a teen mother and being exposed to various unpleasant conditions as a child and young adult inspired Chikondi to work towards helping vulnerable children and women gain back their true selves, realize their full potential and be able to achieve all those dreams they have always wanted to. She has worked/Volunteered with various institutions and organizations such as Girls Shine Christian Academy, Forum for African Women Educationalists, Youth Net and Counselling, Young Politicians Union, Chikondi, and Mphatso Opharnage just to mention a few.

Currently, Chikondi is serving Compassion International as a temporary Program Trainer alongside establishing her own organization "Flourish Again Foundation  (FAF)".  FAF targets vulnerable children like those born to teen mothers, single parents, and orphans by providing the support that they need to live their lives to the fullest. FAF provides educational support to a few selected children in form of a scholarship, emotional and mental health support through focused counseling as well as linking vulnerable children to opportunities. A program empowering young mothers' economically will also be introduced in the long run.
